Delivery

Delivery charges are automatically calculated at checkout once you have provided your postcode.
Free delivery is available for Torquay and surrounds (within 12km).
Delivery to Geelong, Bellarine Peninsula and surrounds is $15.
For purchases of $150 and above, delivery is free. Use code FREE at checkout.

Delivery Days

You will receive a message via text with a delivery day. For urgent deliveries, or deliveries that need to arrive on a certain day, please
reach out via phone or email and we will do our best to accommodate this. For gift deliveries, we can include a complimentary hand written
message on a postcard. Please provide this information in “notes’ at checkout.

Returns

Returns are not available for change of mind. We accept returns on faulty items only, within 7 days of delivery. A replacement
or full refund will be issued.
If you are seeking a replacement or refund, we need your request in writing via email.
